Welcome to the PopCult Anime forums, post your intro's here!
Those of us at PopCult Anime like to cultivate a community for Otaku, and want to know more about you. Please tell us a little bit about yourself!

I'm Hemlock Inyx, Owner of PopCult Anime.
I've been a fan of anime for a long time now, and plan on loving it for the rest of my life. Right now I am a huge Yaoi fan! You will usually see me toting my signiture Yaoi-paddle almost everywhere. I am also a big Naruto fan. *loves Kakashi* Some other series that I like are: Gundam Wing, Gundam 00, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Saiyuki.
I am also a member of the 'Otaku over 25 Club'. |

I'm Ninja Shuichi or Cat whatever you feel fit to say.
I've been into anime since I was about 9ish I would say, My first anime was Dragon Ball and I hated it at first I thought it was too viloent for my girlish ways but after watching my father watch it I got hooked and started my long road to Okatu-dom. Then I got into DBZ and Sailor Moon and went on.
I got the name Ninja Shuichi because my first time with Inyx working I met a buch of cool fangirls and I was cosplaying Shuichi and they loved it. This was at Conneticon and the last day ish I had NOTHING to wear and I didn't want to smell so I grabbed all I had left which was orange baggy cargos and an orange tank with my ninja head band. I walked out and they shouted "HEY LOOK A NINJA SHUICHI" so I guess Inyx heard it. Later on at Conneticon I was walked up to and goes "Hey arn't you ninja shuihci" so it stuck ^^
That was long ._. Other than that I'm hyper quite a bit but I am calm when needed to be. Other than that I'm a senior in Highschool that is all.  |

*clears throat and adjusts glasses* I suppose I'll add in my own little intro.
I'm Yume, habitual lurker and Admin type thingie. Waaaay back when, a younger and more naive me started out with the usual gateway anime mix of Tenchi Muyo, Sailor Moon, and most importantly, Gundam Wing. The naive part didn't last long after that XD;
Nowadays, mention practically any anime or manga to me and I've likely seen it or heard of it/know something about it. My favorites list is waaaay too long, so I'll try to keep it short and only name some of my alltime loves XD; Gundam Wing and Fushigi Yuugi will always be at the top, but Detective Conan, Saiyuki, Hunter X Hunter, Petshop of Horrors and anything Studio Ghibli puts out are up there as well.
I am also an obsessive embroidery nut and miss cosplaying because I staff at too many cons. ;.;

*waves* I'm TJ. I met Inyx waaaay back in our days on the 2x5 mL and we've managed to keep pretty good track of each other ever since even though I'm on the other side of the continent. ^_^; I've been otaku (and yaoi fan, and fic writer) for...awhile, now. *won't bother to count the years* I tend to be obsessive and focused into single fandoms at a time - I spent three years or so on Gundam Wing and have been firmly entrenched in Saiyuki for the past...four. Ish. But I've been exposed to many things on the side, as well, and have a fondness for Pet Shop, Genju no Seiza, Demon Diary, Naruto, Heat Guy J, YnM, and an emerging fascination with Death Note off the top of my head.
Nice to meet the lot of you. ^_^ |

I'm Gaz. I'm lazy and didn't apply to the forum until a month ago even though I'm one of Inyx's most loyal minions. Then I was even lazier and didn't start posting til today LMAO. Yes, I stole my nickname from the character on Invader ZIM. I just relate to the character of Gaz so well: angry, obsessed with video games and pizza. The only difference is I don't have a big-headed brother who's obsessed with conspiracy theories and alien existence, although I do have a big-headed boyfriend who is an excellent guitarist and even more obsessed w/video games as me.
Anyway, I've been obsessed with Japan since kindergarten and I don't know how it started, so anything from Japan piqued my interest so when Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball were fairly big in the 90s that's where it all started and now I'm a fan of multiple anime and manga series including Ranma 1/2, Tenchi Muyo, Trigun, FullMetal Alchemist, Death Note, Samurai Champloo, Magic Knight Rayearth, and more.
Also, now that I've taken Japanese I last semester and am continuing w/Japanese II this semester, I am the resident expert on the Japanese language at PopCult Anime. Nihongo o hanashimasu.
Also, I have one of the biggest pairs of boobs in PopCult Anime and am occaisonally coerced into being a Booth Babe.
